Disputes with your workforce may be costly, and damaging to your business and your employees.

The main objectives will be:

Good practice

How to manage union relationships - case studies featuring managers and trade union representatives

Highlighting the benefits of good working relationships

The relevance and contribution of a collective employee voice

Positive negotiation skills

Legal issues (and the cost of getting them wrong)
